「HAPPY Hallow-Scream」Halloween Festive Week

English teachers organized a Halloween festive week called “HAPPY Hallow-Scream” to immerse students in a spooky, fun atmosphere. Students engaged in various activities, including learning Halloween-related English expressions, decoding English secret messages using clues, conversing with teachers in English to complete Halloween missions, reading English recipes to create dessert cups, and enjoying the classic “Trick or Treat” experience. These activities provided students with more opportunities to practice English outside the classroom while fostering fun interactions with their friends and teachers, creating cherished school memories. Student helpers demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills by guiding participants. Overall, students and teachers enjoyed a week of delightful and engaging lunchtime experiences.

AI Innovation and National Security Student Training Program

Our school is honored to assist in hosting the opening ceremony of the second “AI Innovation and National Security Student Training Program.” At the same time, we are taking this opportunity to allow our Form 4 STEM students, Form 5 ICT students, and Physics students to observe and learn how to use AI for film and animation creation, while also understanding the importance of protecting national security. This experience is truly meaningful.

55th Anniversary Hong Kong Judo Championships 2025

Judo Club Awards
Our school’s Judo team achieved outstanding results in the 55th Anniversary Hong Kong Judo Championships 2025. Form 5 student Ma Yuk Wai won the championship in the Women’s Junior Group -57kg category for ages 15-20. Shum Yee Ting and Ma Yuk Man also secured 2nd runner-up in the -63kg and -44kg categories, showcasing their exceptional judo skills and determination.

National Primary and Secondary School Calligraphy and Painting Competition

LHK Form 2 student, Feng Tsz Ki, won the second prize in the Junior Secondary Group (Painting group) at the National Primary and Secondary School Calligraphy and Painting Competition. Her work vividly depicts a lush green bamboo forest and carefree birds with lively colors and delicate brushstrokes, showcasing her impression of the Chinese style and aligning perfectly with the theme of the competition, leaving a lasting impression.

Water Quality Testing and Microalgae Observation Workshop

LHK students participated in the “Water Quality Testing and Microalgae Observation” workshop organized by Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Under the guidance of professional instructors, they conducted hands-on water sampling and water quality testing experiments, including measuring pH levels, dissolved oxygen, salinity, and turbidity. They also observed various types of microalgae under a microscope, gaining a deeper understanding of their crucial role in aquatic ecosystems.

Summer Fever Dodgeball Competition

Our school’s dodgeball team showcased outstanding skills and teamwork at the Summer Fever Dodgeball Competition, successfully winning the U15 category championship. The players fully demonstrated their potential during the matches, exhibiting a resilient spirit. This competition not only enhanced their athletic skills but also deepened the camaraderie among team members.
