2026 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Student Information Technology Innovation Competition – A.I. Skills Training
LHK students participated in the 2026 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Student Information Technology Innovation Competition – Artificial Intelligence Skills Training. Through this training, they learned how artificial intelligence can be applied, trained models, wrote programs, and repeatedly ran their programs to generate results, then refined and optimized them. Throughout the process, students gained an understanding of how AI technology works and experienced the various stages of engineering design, benefiting greatly from the experience.

Hong Kong Junior Age Group Athletics Competition 2026
In the Hong Kong Junior Age Group Athletics Competition 2026-2, the U18 4×100m relay event, four LHK students competed hard together and won the second runner-up. They are Li SongLin, Ching Tsz Wun, and Huang Huen Sung from Class 3C, and Chung Chi Shun from Class 4C. Congratulations to all four athletes for bringing pride to the school and showing excellent teamwork and sportsmanship!

English Subject Day
English Subject Day: Cultural Diversity – Celebrate, Not Isolate
The English Department is delighted to share the highlights of our recent English Subject Day, themed “Cultural Diversity: Celebrate, Not Isolate”. We organized a variety of immersive multicultural activities for all students, bringing global cultures to life across the campus. S1 students designed traditional Russian matryoshka dolls and explored their cultural meaning. S2 students experienced the vibrant energy of Bollywood, creating pom-pom decorations and learning iconic dance routines. S3 immersed themselves in Mexican culture by making traditional snacks, playing cultural BINGO, and taking photos in traditional costumes. It was a joyful day of learning, connection, and celebration, where students embraced cultural diversity through hands-on experiences.

JC Fit City Run With Your Heart & Sports Carnival 2026
Our four elite athlete students participated in the ” JC Fit City Run With Your Heart & Sports Carnival 2026 ” and ultimately secured second runner-up in the open category. A total of 50 teams participated this year, making the competition fierce. Our students successfully completed 18 laps, totaling 27 kilometers. The four students showcased outstanding speed and determination, working together to complete the race and fully embodying the spirit of teamwork and resilience in sports.

Five outstanding students received scholarships from the Hong Kong Fujian Hope Project Foundation, recognizing their excellence in both academics and character. This award serves to inspire our students to continue striving for excellence in the future, give back to society, and become better role models.

2025-26 School Anniversary
The 2025-26 school anniversary celebrations has concluded successfully. This event was made possible with the support of the our School Supervisor, School Managers, guests, and parents, as well as the dedicated efforts of all staff and students. From the patient guidance and warm reception provided by the teachers and staff to the performers who fully committed to showcasing their talents on stage, every participant contributed with great enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility, creating a well-organized and heartwarming gathering. Let us cherish this bond and the wonderful memories we have created, and continue to uphold the warm and loving atmosphere of LHK.

「HAPPY Hallow-Scream」Halloween Festive Week
English teachers organized a Halloween festive week called “HAPPY Hallow-Scream” to immerse students in a spooky, fun atmosphere. Students engaged in various activities, including learning Halloween-related English expressions, decoding English secret messages using clues, conversing with teachers in English to complete Halloween missions, reading English recipes to create dessert cups, and enjoying the classic “Trick or Treat” experience. These activities provided students with more opportunities to practice English outside the classroom while fostering fun interactions with their friends and teachers, creating cherished school memories. Student helpers demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills by guiding participants. Overall, students and teachers enjoyed a week of delightful and engaging lunchtime experiences.

AI Innovation and National Security Student Training Program
Our school is honored to assist in hosting the opening ceremony of the second “AI Innovation and National Security Student Training Program.” At the same time, we are taking this opportunity to allow our Form 4 STEM students, Form 5 ICT students, and Physics students to observe and learn how to use AI for film and animation creation, while also understanding the importance of protecting national security. This experience is truly meaningful.

55th Anniversary Hong Kong Judo Championships 2025
Judo Club Awards
Our school’s Judo team achieved outstanding results in the 55th Anniversary Hong Kong Judo Championships 2025. Form 5 student Ma Yuk Wai won the championship in the Women’s Junior Group -57kg category for ages 15-20. Shum Yee Ting and Ma Yuk Man also secured 2nd runner-up in the -63kg and -44kg categories, showcasing their exceptional judo skills and determination.

National Primary and Secondary School Calligraphy and Painting Competition
LHK Form 2 student, Feng Tsz Ki, won the second prize in the Junior Secondary Group (Painting group) at the National Primary and Secondary School Calligraphy and Painting Competition. Her work vividly depicts a lush green bamboo forest and carefree birds with lively colors and delicate brushstrokes, showcasing her impression of the Chinese style and aligning perfectly with the theme of the competition, leaving a lasting impression.

Water Quality Testing and Microalgae Observation Workshop
LHK students participated in the “Water Quality Testing and Microalgae Observation” workshop organized by Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Under the guidance of professional instructors, they conducted hands-on water sampling and water quality testing experiments, including measuring pH levels, dissolved oxygen, salinity, and turbidity. They also observed various types of microalgae under a microscope, gaining a deeper understanding of their crucial role in aquatic ecosystems.
