英文聖誕卡慈善活動

在LHK,我們非常重視「仁愛」,以及「愛人與關懷他人」的重要價值觀。作為英文科的一項小小傳統,每年英文老師都會邀請學生撰寫聖誕卡,然後把它們寄到美國的一家慈善機構,該機構一直致力支持那些勇敢地對抗各種疾病的住院兒童。透過不同充滿心意的訊息,學生學懂與有需要的人分享鼓勵和溫暖。
聖誕節是一個充滿喜悅與愛的節日,即使我們彼此並不認識,「愛」仍是連繫世界上每一個人的通用語言。

At LHK, we place great emphasis on the values of benevolence and the importance of loving others and showing care. As a tradition in the English Department, teachers invite students each year to write English Christmas cards, which are then sent to a charity in the United States supporting hospitalized children who have been bravely fighting various illnesses. Through these heartfelt messages, students share encouragement and warmth with those in need.
Christmas, after all, is a festival of joy and love. Even though we may not know one another personally, love remains a universal language that connects every individual across the world.

中四多元文化英文說話工作坊

中四級學生在他們的英語會話課上迎來了一群來自世界不同地方的嘉賓。這些來自澳洲、德國、越南、泰國和緬甸的客人,帶來了豐富的文化見解。課堂上討論的主題是社交禮儀,為學生們提供了一次互動且極具啟發性的學習經歷。學生們熱情參與角色扮演,並進行了引人深思的全球對話,將一堂普通的課堂轉化為極其愉快和難忘的時光。

During the English lessons, a distinguished group of guests graced the F.4 students with their presence. Hailing from Australia, Germany, Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar, these visitors brought with them a wealth of cultural insights. The topic of discussion centered on social etiquette, offering an interactive and profoundly enriching learning experience for the students. They enthusiastically participated in role plays and engaged in thought-provoking global dialogues, transforming what could have been a standard lesson into an exceptionally enjoyable and memorable occasion.

家長日

首次家長日在溫馨的氛圍中圓滿舉行。師生共同準備了滿載心意的禮物與環節:學生親手栽種的蔬菜、寫給父母的真情卡片、掛滿祝願的聖誕樹,以及親手創作的藝術作品。盼每一位家長,不僅看見孩子的成長,也感受到校園中師生之間流動的溫暖,與學校對每個家庭的誠摯重視。

The first Parents’ Day was successfully held in a warm atmosphere. Teachers and students worked together to prepare heartfelt gifts and activities: vegetables personally planted by the students, heartfelt cards written to their parents, a Christmas tree adorned with well wishes, and handmade art works. We hope that every parent not only sees their child’s growth but also feels the warmth flowing between teachers and students in the school, as well as the school’s sincere regard for each family.

第十五屆全運會和殘特奧會的香港賽區義工計劃

Nine Form 5 students from LHK participated in The Hong Kong Volunteer Programme of the 15th National Games. They served as student volunteers at the Wheelchair Fencing Competition, providing on-site support for the event. Although their service lasted only two days, they experienced the excitement and inspiration of being part of the competition while helping the public, which brought them immense satisfaction.
Through this experience, the students deepened their understanding of sports for individuals with disabilities and learned the importance of teamwork. They also achieved personal growth through their service, further strengthening their commitment to contributing to society.

LHK九位中五學生參與了第十五屆全運會和殘特奧會的香港賽區義工計劃,在殘特奧會輪椅擊劍比賽中擔任學生義工,為賽事提供現場支援。儘管服務僅短短兩日,他們卻以義工身份親歷賽場,不僅感受到激動與振奮,更在幫助公眾的過程中收穫滿足。透過這次經歷,同學們深化了對殘疾人士體育項目的認識,體會到團隊協作的意義,也在服務中實現了自我成長,進一步堅定了貢獻社會的心志。

2025-26年度大埔及北區學界田徑賽

LHK體育佳訊連連!2025-2026年度大埔及北區學界田徑賽,4A班陳嘉豪於男子乙組標槍項目中,憑藉出色的表現榮獲冠軍。此外,在大埔區分齡田徑比賽中,4A班的吳爾諾同學同樣表現卓越,成功奪得男子D組800米及1500米雙項冠軍。兩位同學在賽場上奮力拼搏、挑戰自我,展現了優秀的運動精神與堅韌意志。

LHK sports news is filled with exciting updates! In the 2025-2026 Tai Po & North District Inter-School Athletics Competition, 4A student Chan Ka Ho won the championship in the boys B grade javelin event with an outstanding performance. Additionally, in the Tai Po District Age Group Athletic Meet, fellow 4A student Ng Yee Lok achieved remarkable success by winning both the 800m and 1500m championships in the Youth (13 – 15) group. Both students demonstrated excellent sportsmanship and resilience as they fought hard and challenged themselves on the field.

「潮看Teen空」宿營活動

我校「潮看Teen空」計劃的中三同學在週末參加了一次精彩的集體宿營,進行了豐富的團隊建立活動。透過原野烹飪、營地夜行和高牆攀爬等挑戰,同學們不僅打破隔閡,加深了對彼此的了解。他們還在活動中體會到了互相尊重、有效溝通與建立信任的重要性,收穫良多。

「潮看Teen空」 programme Form 3 students participated in an exciting group camping trip over the weekend, engaging in various team-building activities. Through challenges like outdoor cooking, nighttime hiking, and wall climbing, the students broke down barriers and deepened their understanding of each other. They also learned the importance of mutual respect, effective communication, and building trust, gaining valuable experiences.
