體育科為初中同學精心規劃了三種「新穎有趣」的運動體驗，包括：專注的劍擊、節奏緊湊的旱地冰球，以及考驗策略與手感的地壺。讓學生在課堂之外，親身感受不同的運動魅力，挑戰自我、團隊合作，發掘更多運動的樂趣！

Physical Education Day: Diverse New Experiences
The Physical Education Department has carefully planned three “innovative and fun” sports experiences for junior secondary students, including focused fencing, fast-paced floor hockey, and strategy-testing curling. This allows students to experience different sports outside the classroom, challenge themselves, collaborate as a team, and discover more enjoyment in sports!

Our PE Department escorted Form 3 students to watch the rugby sevens at the National Games. The students were fully engaged in the experience, recognising the charm of sports competition.

盛夏狂熱閃避球比賽

本校閃避球隊在盛夏狂熱閃避球3對3單球式比賽中，展現出色的技術和團隊協作，成功奪得U15組別冠軍。球員們在比賽中充分發揮個人潛能，展現了堅韌不拔的精神。這次比賽不僅提升了他們的運動技能，也加深了隊員之間的默契。

Our school’s dodgeball team showcased outstanding skills and teamwork at the Summer Fever Dodgeball Competition, successfully winning the U15 category championship. The players fully demonstrated their potential during the matches, exhibiting a resilient spirit. This competition not only enhanced their athletic skills but also deepened the camaraderie among team members.

我校中六學生王俊輝榮獲2024-2025屈臣氏香港學生運動員獎(中學組)，嘉許王同學在學校體育活動中展現的出色競技能力以及團隊精神。這項獎項不僅是對他個人努力的肯定，也再次彰顯了我校對學生運動發展的重視，期待他在未來的運動旅程中繼續取得佳績。

Our Form 6 student, Wong Chun Fai, has been awarded the 2024-2025 AS Watson Group Hong Kong Student Sports Awards, recognizing his outstanding competitive skills and team spirit demonstrated in school sports activities. This award not only affirms his personal efforts but also highlights our school’s commitment to the development of student sports development. We look forward to his continued success in his future sporting endeavors.

Our school dodgeball team demonstrates outstanding performance in the 2025 Hong Kong Inter Secondary-School Dodgeball(Single Ball Style) Elite Championships! With superb skills, perfect teamwork and never-give-up spirit, our players overcome tough challenges and secure 2nd Runner up in the Boys Division, achieving an extraordinary result! This honor not only reflects the team’s dedicated training but also highlights our school’s excellence in sports development!
