英文科籌備了農曆新年活動「Snake through Ups and Downs」，以蛇年作寓意，希望同學像蛇一樣，靈活地經過日常生活上不同的起跌。在是次活動中，他們不但重溫十二生肖的英文名稱，而且學會不同動作的擬聲詞，如何用英文詞彙表示動物的叫聲，有些同學更能模仿叫聲，以生動的形式學習英文，深化記憶，十分有趣。
English teachers organized a Chinese New Year activity named ‘Snake through Ups and Downs’, hoping students to be like snakes, flexibly passing through different ups and downs in their daily lives. In the activity, not only did students revise the English words of the Chinese zodiac, but also learnt about onomatopoeia – how animal sounds can be represented by words. Some creative students even imitated the sounds, a good way to strengthen their memories and learn English.
